Representatives Read Across America on Dr. Seuss’ birthday
In celebration of the birthday of beloved children’s author Dr. Seuss, Democratic Representatives across the country went to schools in their Congressional Districts to read to students.
The celebration, “Read Across America,” was established by the National Endowment for the Arts in 1998, and is organized by 50 partners across the country. More information about Read Across America, along with suggestions for how you can get involved, is available from the National Endowment for the Arts.
