Stories from the front lines of the health care debate (VIDEO)

I’m here today because of my mom. My mom was a health care activist, just like me. She protested and testified in rallies about everybody having health care… But my mom was diagnosed with pulmonary hypertension in 2006, and she lost her job and her health care with it. She ended up passing away because she didn’t have the equal rights to health care as some people with more money. I wanted to finish her fight for health care. I want Barack Obama and Congress to come together to help the health care bill to pass. | |
