Democrats in Congress have been fighting for Main Street and cracking down on Wall Street, and our successes are evident: the economy has created 573,000 jobs since January. If this rate of job creation continues through December, we will see more jobs created in 2010 alone than during the entire eight years of George W. Young Adults Already Seeing Benefits of Health Care Reform

Many young adults are struggling to get access to – and afford – health coverage. The health care reform law which passed Congress last month will allow young adults to stay on, or return to, a parent’s insurance plan until age 26, beginning September 23.

Four of the five largest health insurers have offered a coverage extension for young adults to join their parent’s plan before September, providing greater health security to millions of American families.
