America Creating Opportunities to Meaningfully Promote Excellence in Technology, Education, and Science (COMPETES) Reauthorization Act
Democrats reauthorized the America COMPETES Act of 2007, an investment which has bolstered innovation in scientific and technological research sustainable economic growth and competitiveness in the global economy. Funding for programs in Science, Technology, engineering, and math education (STEM), coordinated at the state and federal level, has also sparked the commercialization of technology markets for small business growth and a highly creative entrepreneurial environment.
