Department of Homeland Security Appropriations Act
The Department of Homeland Security Appropriations Act (H.R. 2892) provides approximately $42.6 billion in funding for the Department of Homeland Security. The bill puts our nation’s safety and security first, making critical investments to emergency and fire response programs, border security, and transportation security. In addition, the bill makes a commitment to combat the international trade in drugs, weapons smuggling and crimes associated with violence along the Southwest border.
