Letter Folding Services

The House Democratic Caucus offers mass letter folding services to Democratic Member offices. This includes letter folding, envelope stuffing and envelope sealing. For more information or to request the service, click here.

Rental Library

Does that adapter keep disappearing? Need a last-minute item for your press conference or other event? The House Democratic Caucus offers equipment for Democratic Member and Committee offices to rent free of charge. To view the library and to submit a rental request, click here.

The Caucus maintains a list of Internship and Fellowship Programs that place candidates in Congressional Offices. The list is updated regularly and can be found here.

Caucus Meetings and Events

In addition to the Democratic Caucus Meeting, the Caucus hosts regular events for both Members and staff. A list of events is regularly updated and available here.

Recording Studio Reservations

The House Democratic Caucus maintains the Caucus Recording Studio for Democratic Members to utilize in 1420 Longworth. Studio services include captioning and video production. For more information and to make a reservation, click here.

Digital Toolkits & Holiday Graphics

The House Democratic Caucus provides Member offices with monthly social media copy and graphics for holidays, anniversaries and days of importance in English and Spanish. These toolkits are emailed to offices before the start of each month and available on DemCom.

Franking-Approved Materials

The House Democratic Caucus provides offices with Franking-approved templates and resources to send to constituents, post online, and repurpose to suit individual districts' needs. Surveys, social media ads, and other materials are emailed to offices and available on DemCom.

Press Consultations

Trying to break through your local media market? Need help finding the right reporter to pitch your boss's bill? The House Democratic Caucus offers consultations to enhance Member offices' earned media presence. The communications team is available to consult on crisis communications, press conferences and events, pitching, press lists and more. Spanish Language & Latino Outreach Consultations

The House Democratic Caucus offers consultations to help Members get Spanish-language interviews and press and engage with Hispanic media. The Caucus can also help offices plan outreach to Spanish-speaking and bilingual constituents, and offers brief translations for talking points, social media copy and other materials.
